Return and Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Your item must be in new and unused condition.
- It must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be accompanied by the receipt and original tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items include:
- Batteries can not be returned or exchanged.
- Dime Industry Batteries are backed with a lifetime warranty, contact support for any concerns.
- Items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Return and Exchange Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@dime.industries within the specified time frame.
- Provide Information: Please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Photo evidence of any defects or damage
- Return Shipping: If your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. The cost of return shipping will not be covered by www.DimeMerch.com.
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your return or exchange.
Return Time
If you are approved for a refund or exchange, the following will apply:
- Return item(s) in original packaging.
- The purchase price (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to your original method of payment.
- Refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- If you are approved for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you as soon as possible, based on product availability.
